Refund policy

We want you to love your ZÉPHYR styler. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return: Email rileyjt2003@gmail.com with your order number and reason, and we'll send return instructions.
Conditions: Return items in original condition/packaging where possible. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Refund timing: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty items: Covered under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act — contact us and we'll make it right at no cost.
