We want you to love your ZÉPHYR styler. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return
Email rileyjt2003@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll reply with return instructions.
Conditions
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty items
If your item is faulty or not as described, you're covered under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act — contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
